But aren’t all translation providers confidential?

That would be nice… It’s also unlikely, because the first thing that many agencies will do with your “confidential translation” is to post it on a translators’ bulletin board for translators to bid on. That’s invisible to you, but as a result hundreds of translators may see your text. So-called “confidentiality agreements” really help very little.

We don’t work like that. Unlike most providers we’re a Translation Company, NOT merely an Agency. That means we use only well-qualified professional translators and review in-house with our own well-qualified team. It also means that we operate professional systems strictly within the Professional Codes of our professional organisations; the Association of Translation Companies and the Institute of Translation and Interpreting.
