	Lifeline Language Services were founded in 1990 to provide emergency language services to the haulage industry - hence the name! We now provide both ordinary and emergency language services for (almost) everything.
		A recent customer awareness survey conducted for the ATC showed Lifeline Language Services to have one of the highest profiles among language buyers - and with even minor complaints at tiny levels (and our nomination for Central & West Lancashire Chamber of Commerce & Industry "Business of the Year" Award 2001), it's not because they're unhappy!
	We are based in Preston, Lancashire, in North West UK. We provide a complete range of cost-effective quality language services to business and industry across the UK, N. Ireland, Eire, and mainland Europe and beyond.

	Our Managing Director, Lynn Everson, is also Full Member of both the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) and the Institute of Linguists (IoL), and sits on the Council of the ATC. She's also an Internationally CPC-qualified Transport Manager with many years hands-on international Logistics experience.
	Our Production Director, Mark Everson, is Eur Ing / CEng and full Member of the IEE with 17 years engineering business management and IT experience in defence and PPE manufacturing, with extensive health, safety and quality systems development and 5 years SAP R/3 hands-on implementation.
