We set up in 1990 providing the haulage industry with emergency language translation services - "Lifeline" seemed appropriate! We now provide language translation services UK-wide to most commercial and public sectors, private clients, NGOs, and more.

Our professional bodies' strict Codes of Conduct should maintain high translation services standards; we're Members of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) AND Corporate Members of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI).

Second, we're exceptionally qualified with 6 professional linguists in-house of whom 4 hold MA in Translation including our MD, Lynn Everson, who's also MITI and MCIL (a Full Member of both the Institute of Translation and Interpreting - ITI - and the Chartered Institute of Linguists - CIoL) - she's also an International CPC-qualified Transport Manager with six years international Logistics experience. Our Translation Manager is a German State Certified Translator and Interpreter, and we work closely with a Spanish Government-authorised Sworn Spanish Translator and Interpreter. Complementing great language experience, our Production Director is a Chartered Engineer, Eur Ing and MIET bringing 17 years blue-chip technical & engineering management experience, including 5 years health, safety, environmental and quality management plus 8 years of shop-floor manufacturing management and comprehensive software & website experience.

Third, we're highly ethical, so we're trusted by clients. We appreciate buying translation services is tricky - unless you speak the language, QA of translation services is difficult and you place great trust in the provider. We ensure that trust is justified - as our references show. We support translation services buyers throughout, whether buying for a multinational or for their marriage certificate.

We're also trusted by suppliers; unlike (too) many translation services, we never impose low rates on suppliers and we pay reliably. Consequently we attract and retain the best translators and interpreters for our clients.

As well as accepting a full quota of students on placement every year and working with schools to encourage future linguists, we present at Career Fairs and help our ethnic community members qualify as translators and interpreters to raise their community's living standards.
